Tuo Cha Green (organic)


Unique organic artisan pu’erh in a thimble cake. This dark tea is fermented for 3 months before being shaped into thimble sized cakes. Often a dark tea (pu’erh) begins with a fully oxidized tea but this one begins with a green tea, then a chrysanthemum is added after the 3 month fermentation process. It has a vegetal earthiness and mild sweet finish from the chrysanthemum. Though it is a dark tea should be steeped at lower temps like a green tea (180°). A must for a true tea enthusiast.
