Shou Pu’erh Cake


This dark tea hails from the Yunnan province of China. Shou is also known as cooked or ripe tea and has been aged for 3 months. The process was developed in response to the growing demand for pu’erh tea. It yields a delicious earthy, mildly vegetal, nori, full bodied, heart healthy tea.
