How to Make the Perfect Cup of Chai

1¼ cup water
2 heaping teaspoons of Masala Chai (or Coconut or Bengali Chai)
1 cup whole milk (preferably)

Bring the water and tea leaves to a boil. When boiling, add whole milk and return the mixture to a gentle boil and then turn down temperature. Let it simmer and cool for a minute. Strain and add sweetener of choice. Serve and enjoy!

CHAI (It Rhymes with Pie!)…
is the word for tea in many parts of the world and plays a very important role in many cultures.
